Q2. Does cleaning your carpet make it soil faster?

A2. It depends on the cleaning method used. If your carpet is professionally cleaned, no. Modern cleaning methods virtually remove all cleaning agents out that attract dirt. On the other hand, if you are cleaning the carpet yourself and you leave behind excess soap or oily powder particles, then your carpet is likely to soil faster.

Q6. How long will it take for my carpet to dry?

A6. It generally takes anywhere from 2 to 24 hours for your carpet to dry. The amount of time it takes depends on the following factors.

1.The relative humidity within the environment.

2. The amount of ventilation introduced into the environment.

3. The degree to which the carpet was contaminated with soil within the carpet or fabric.

4. The moisture retention rate of the respective fiber.



Q7. What stains can be removed when I have my carpet cleaned?

A7. If the substance is adhering to the carpet and not set, then more likely, it can be removed. The overwhelming majority of spots can be removed including coffee, tea, blood, cola, urine and wine.

The success rate of removing a stain is often diminished by home remedies that have already been employed before a technician has been called out to deal with it.

Q12. My carpet was soaked due to a flood, what are my options?

A12. Water from your carpet should be professionally extracted and dried within 12 to 24 hours to prevent mold from developing. It is possible to save some carpet contaminated with sewage.
